The MeetingCentre's VC Room is outfitted with the latest, top of the range multi-point video conferencing facilities and dedicated high speed internet connectivity.

The room is ideal for meetings, examinations, training sessions, and presentations - especially if you need to connect with participants outside Gauteng. The room is spacious and comfortably accommodates 50 people. When used for video conferencing it is ideally designed for 20 partiipating delegates, but can accommodate more.

The state of the art equipment includes new digital projectors, camera tracking, quality audio receivers and microphones, and three separately controllable screens (including a 55” Interactive LED screen).

The equipment also supports presentation sharing from remote locations. The room also incudes blackout curtains and dimmable lighting, individual power sockets for delegates, high speed internet with wifi access.
