Pricing information

  1. The elements and prices reflected on this agreement will be checked and amended if necessary before being confirmed by MeetingCentre staff.
  2. Costs reflected on this form are only in respect of the items listed. If you have requested additional items or services they will be confirmed by staff and reflected on your invoice.
  3. Please discuss pricing with our staff if in doubt

Terms and Conditions

  1. Bookings are only fixed once confirmed by email from the MeetingCentre team.
  2. Unless otherwise arranged, the facilities and equipment are available from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
  3. The Booking party is responsible for additional requirements such as catering or equipment costs.
  4. Booking costs will not be reduced if you use the venue for less time than booked, or if fewer people attend.
  5. Cancellation fees: 50% of room rental will be assessed if cancelled two days prior to reservation, 100% of room reservation if canceled within 24 hours of reservation. If you fail to arrive for the reservation you will be invoiced at R750 per hour or the full invoiced cost, whichever is higher.
  6. You will receive an invoice for the reservation from PURCO SA.
  7. Payment is due on invoice unless other arrangements have been made.
  8. MeetingCentre and PURCO SA are not responsible for delays, postponements or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances and in no way are liable for any loss of use, lost profits, consequential or any other damages. In no event shall any liability exceed the amount of the room-booking fee.
  9. Room booking includes the use of tables and chairs and equipment as needed and when requested in advance upon reservation of the room.
  10. MeetingCentre reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. The Booking party shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless MeetingCentre from and against all the Booking party’s use of facilities, provided that such claim, actions, damages, and liability and expenses arise out of or resulting from the actions, inactions, omissions or negligence of the Booking party or its agents. The Booking party will be held responsible for and damages to the building, equipment, decorations, or fixtures belonging to Booking party or damaging during the Booking party’s activities. Any damaged property will be billed to the Booking party at replacement cost.
