The Video Conferencing Room is outfitted with the latest, top of the range multi-point video conferencing facilities and dedicated high speed internet connectivity.

The room is ideal for meetings, training sessions, and presentations - especially if you need to connect with participants outside Gauteng.

• Ideal for video-conferencing meetings with up to 20 participants (the room can accommodate 50).
• State of the art video conferencing equipment with camera tracking
• Three separately controllable screens.
• Supports presentation sharing from remote locations.
• Screens include 55” Interactive LED screen.
• Blackout curtains and dimmable lighting.
• Individual power sockets for delegates.
• High speed internet with wifi access.

Room hire: video conferencing

• 2 hours:  R900
• 4 hours:  R3000
• 8 hours:  R5600
• No additional costs per person.
• Includes light refreshments (tea, coffee, bottled water, biscuits). Meals can be arranged on request.
• Includes a free 1 hour pre-reservation technical meeting if required.

Room hire: meetings, training etc.

• 1 - 8 attendees:     R175 per hour
• 9-18 attendees:     R215 per hour
• 19-36 attendees:   R550 per hour
• 37-50 attendees:   R700 per hour
• Reservations include light refreshments (tea, coffee, bottled water, biscuits). Meals can be arranged on request.
• Laptop computers can be arranged for computer training reservations.

Minimum bookings

• 4 hours for training and exam centre bookings
• 2 hours for meetings and video conferencing
